Information on the processing of personal data according to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 for registered users
According to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 193 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”), the following information describes the way in which Associazione Festival Dino Ciani processes personal data for registered users to the Newsletter.
Associazione Festival Dino Ciani, Cortina d’Ampezzo, via Guide Alpine 10, in the name of its current legal representative, is the data controller (the “Data Controller”).
Categories of Processed Data
The Data Controller will process those personal data indicated in the membership brochure (personal contact information).
Personal data can be processed for the following purposes:
a) the management of registration to the Dino Ciani Festival Newsletter and participation in activities promoted by the Data Controller;
b) the management and execution of the obligations as stated by the laws, regulations and European laws;
c) the sending of communications on the activities of the Data Controller (via e-mail, sms, telephone and fax – also by automated means)
Mandatory or discretionary nature of data provision and the consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes a) and b) above is necessary. Without the provision, registration to the newsletter would not be possible. The provision of data for the purpose c) above is discretionary, and a refusal will have no consequences.
Modality of processing
Personal data will be processed in a manner strictly related to the purposes above, through electronic and non-electronic means.
Scope of the data communication
Personal data of the candidates will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, unless required by law.
Rights of the Person Concerned
It is possible to contact the Data Controller (via E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, tel. 339 540-4640) in order to verify one’s personal data and have it processed, updated or corrected and/or to exercise other rights pertaining to Article 7 of the Privacy Code.
